Items damaged during shipment will be replaced at no charge.
Please remember that if the item was printed in a multi-color filament, the
replacement item may not match the broken item, but I will try to get it as
close as possible.
Aside from items damaged during shipment, all sales are final.
Shipping Policy
Once the order is complete, I will do my best to get your order out and to you as soon as possible. Orders placed before 5 pm Eastern Time will go out the same day.
