Upload your model file or paste a link, choose your material, finish, color, and any other settings, then hit Submit. Nothing is charged at this point. This just sends the request through.

Dan reviews your model
The model file gets loaded into a slicer to check printability: wall thickness, overhangs, scale, and overall geometry. If anything looks like it could cause a problem, you'll hear about it before anything gets printed. Most models are fine straight away.

Step 03
You receive a quote by email
Once the model is sliced, a quote gets sent to your email with the final price broken down by material cost, print time, finish, and shipping. If there were any issues with the file, those get flagged here too with suggestions. You can reply to that email with any questions.

You approve the quote
Reply to the quote email to confirm you want to go ahead. Payment details will be included. Nothing gets charged until you explicitly approve. If you want any changes (different material, scale, quantity) this is the moment to ask.

Printing begins
Once payment clears, the print is queued up on the VzBot 330. Print times vary by model. Small parts might be done in an hour, large detailed prints can take overnight. Multiple models in a single order are batched together where possible.

Packaged and shipped
Finished prints are inspected, cleaned up if needed, and packed carefully before handing off to the carrier. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created. Orders ship from Central Florida via USPS or UPS.

Delivered to you
Transit time depends on your location and the carrier. Domestic shipments typically arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping. If anything arrives damaged, just reply to your order email with a photo and it'll be sorted out.

No surprises
You'll never be charged without approving a quote first. If the final price doesn't work for you, just say so. There's no obligation.
Checking in
If you haven't heard back within 24 hours of submitting, feel free to send a message. Orders don't get lost, but things happen.
Changes after submitting
Material, color, scale, or quantity changes are easiest to make before the quote is sent. After approval, changes may require a new quote.
Local pickup
If you're in Central Florida, local pickup is available. Just mention it in the order notes and shipping can be skipped entirely.
